Our most basic rye bread, a handful of linseeds apart this is all rye and works a treat with all spreads, go Smorrebrod crazy….
Ingredients:
Organic rye flour, Organic rye grains, Organic malted rye grains, brown linseeds, golden linseeds, treacle, salt, water, 6-year-old rye sourdough starter.

Cranberry & Pumpkin Seed Rye:
This started as a ‘Festive Rye’ in December 2015 but proved very popular and is now an all year stable on our market stall.

Almond & Apricot Rye:
Toasted and eaten with lashings of fresh butter this makes a great alternative to regular toast. Also works well in thin slices on a cheese board.

Banana & Dark chocolate Rye Loaf:
There is no way round it, strictly speaking this is a cake….but as it’s made with 100% rye flour we have convinced our selves that it is a ‘sort of healthy treat’

Rye Crisps
These are thin slivers of dehydrated rye bread drizzled with a little olive oil & sea salt.
They work well with with hummus, guacamole & salsa.
On cheese boards or just as they are as a healthy alternative to crisps & crackers.

Nutty Rye:
Packed with nuts & seeds this is a nutty version of a traditional Danish rye bread,
we add fennel and coriander seeds to this bread so perhaps not ideal for breakfast
but works well with cheese, cold cuts, avocado, eggs or as a side to soups and salads.
